Can I pick the plants I want?
No, but you can tell us the exact type and look of your interested plant and we will do our best to look for those that suited your demands(You could pick and select the specific one for high value rare plant though).
Can I choose the shipping way myself?
Yes, you can choose your own shipping way or express, but you have to find your own customs broker to handle the domestic customs clearance on your location in the mean time.
Where do you ship from?
We dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Bangkok, and once it arrived USA we distribute from Miami, Florida.
Can I return the plants?
We accept the refunds or re-shipped only if the plants were dead or heavily damaged.
What shipping methods do you use within the United States?
We use Ups or American Express within the United States.
What if plants died during the shipping?
Please recording a video while you are about to open the package as proof. We could provide refunds or re-shipped an new one if any plants were confirmed dead during the shipping.
What is the payment process?
We will charge 30% of total order amount as pre-order money before we collect the order, you may pay the left 70% and shipping fee after you received the package.
